Real projects. Real outcomes.
A sample of what we’ve delivered across industrial, utilities, and research settings — with results tracked, not assumed.
The longest-running engagement we run.
Eraring Power Station — Transition Health & Wellbeing Program
A multi-year program supporting the workforce through the plant’s transition to closure — built on the understanding that a closure timeline creates its own health risks, separate from the physical demands of the job.
The program runs across five pillars, coordinated rather than delivered as separate, disconnected initiatives.
Running continuously since 2024, the program gives Eraring’s workforce consistent mental health, physical wellbeing and financial support across the full closure timeline — rather than a one-off intervention that stops the moment the news cycle does.

Across utilities, construction and logistics.
MSK Injury Prevention — Large Energy Company
MSK injury risk across complex, multi-site worksites.
Training packages, risk assessment tools, leader training, and MSK injury risk screening.
155+ injuries prevented — fewer claims and less lost time for the client, and the single biggest contributor to our tracked cost-savings figure.
Onsite Injury Prevention Program
Ongoing injury risk on a live utilities worksite, without early intervention in place.
Hands-on injury prevention and early intervention services delivered directly on-site at a Lake Macquarie facility.
Task Demands Database
No structured way to match task demands to injury prevention and RTW decisions.
Task assessment and demands analysis, reports, and a working database for interventions and RTW guidance.
RTW Program Review & Redesign
Existing return-to-work programs weren’t delivering the recovery outcomes or operational efficiency the business needed.
Reviewed and redesigned the RTW programs end to end.
Ergonomic Task Redesign — Valve Actuation
A specific high-exposure task at a power station, carrying injury risk and taking longer than it needed to.
Redesigned the task to reduce both injury risk and the time required to complete it.
A faster, lower-risk method for a task performed repeatedly across shifts — less cumulative exposure without adding time to the job.
Rugged At Work — Case Deployments
Workforce injury and onboarding risk across heavy industry, construction, and infrastructure/logistics sites.
Anonymised deployments doing workforce risk mapping, early intervention and new-starter screening.
Research that backs the method, not just the marketing.
Active PhD research at the University of Sydney into musculoskeletal injury screening in hazardous manual-task workforces — the same problem our on-site programs are built to solve, examined properly rather than assumed.

Our direct project experience to date is concentrated in energy, utilities, construction and logistics. Where a case study or capability doesn’t extend to a sector we haven’t yet worked in — mining, for example — we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. The experience above is presented as transferable heavy-industry capability, not as sector-specific history it isn’t.
