Exercising during COVID-19

During this time of the COVID-19 virus, where we are on all but complete lock down keeping moving and exerting is as important as ever!

While we are locked in our homes, not getting out and about so much with all the increased stress of the times mental and physical health can deteriorate over time.

But this can be avoided through a few simple daily routines in order to maintain a health mind and body.

  1. Exercise for 30-45 minutes per day.
  2. Complete of 3 x 10 minute walks. For example morning, lunch and afternoon.
  3. Drink lots of water
  4. Do not stay sedentary for longer then 1 hour
  5. Don’t let this time be an excuse to let our health eating habits go out the window.
