Pain to Performance:The 5 level system

At Peak Physiology we use our unique 5 level system with functional indicators that we use to identify where you are in the scheme of movement, function, motor patterning, range of motion, pain and disease. This will then rank you in a level of the system and we are ready to start the pain to performance journey.

With the 5 level system it allows ease of progress because we have figured out what is important to measure when recovering from injury or disease all the way to becoming an elite performer.

If you know the right measure, this allows us to design specific a specific program that suits the needs of you, your body, your health and your goals.
