Im Amy!

Im a wife to my soul mate and a mother to 3 beautiful children.

I am a qualified Holistic Counsellor,Nutritionist,Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Prenatal Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor and Business owner of Peak Physiology. 

I have been in the wellness industry now for over 10 years and a Pilates instructor for 9 years. I found a love for Yoga and Pilates well before this though when 15 years ago I was diagnosed with Brain Cancer which lead to having to rehabilitate my left leg to walk again which I did through Pilates!

I have a passion to help pregnant women not only through movement but through a holistic approach  so they can feel good throughout their pregnancy and prepare for birth and post partum. I want to help you build your village, feel good throughout your pregnancy, work towards your goals, prepare for birth & post partum, feel confident in yourself and build a strong body and mind. 

I have exercised throughout all of my pregnancies and in these classes I record them while Im pregnant. I have experienced all types of births through having a caesarean followed by a natural VBAC to my recent Natural home birth. 

I am experienced, certified and trained in teaching exercises from pre conception all the way through to post partum!

- This is a 6 week program to help build a stronger mind, body and like minded connections with local mothers.
- This program is designed or women whether you're pregnant or in post partum.

  • 6 group Pilates and meditation sessions 
These sessions run for 90 minutes once a week for a 6 week block. Not only are we building stronger bodies and minds in these sessions to set us up for a beautiful pregnancy, birth and post partum but this is where we build community, build our village and get to know other mothers, share stories and hold space for each other. 
  • Access to the online program with exclusive ebooks and classes
There are over 50 classes on this program to keep you going throughout the 6 weeks at home.
 
  • A Facebook group where we can all chat and stay connected, build deeper connections and ask questions throughout the 6 weeks.
